Terms of Service

PrintMIS provides software and network access for print estimating, web-to-print, print management and print sourcing. You agree to use the services lawfully and only as permitted by these terms and any applicable order or agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

The Print Supplier Network facilitates direct connection between print buyers and suppliers. PrintMIS is not a party to any transaction, quote or contract formed between buyers and suppliers, and does not guarantee the accuracy, quality or fulfilment of any requirement or response.

AI Print Estimator, ePRO Web-to-Print MIS and supplier network access may be offered under different commercial terms. Availability and scope of add-on integrations such as GoShippo, Stripe and QuickBooks Online are confirmed during discovery and may require third-party accounts and terms.

The PrintMIS platform, brand and website content are owned by PrintMIS or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the platform.

The services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, PrintMIS excludes implied warranties and limits its liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
