All payment are required in advance unless other payment terms have been agreed in writing. Payments can be made by bacs, card over the phone (add 3% for credit card), PayPal (add 4%) or cash. 3. DELIVERY
Delivery is online. However we reserve the right to charge for the delivery especially for custom design and developments etc. We do our best to provide all deliveries on time. However we are dependent on you to provide the information required to setup Web 2 Print MIS and don't take any responsibilities for late deliveries. 4. OFFER & PRICES
We reserve the right to alter any details and prices of products advertised without notice. All our quotations are valid for 30 days. After this period we can't guarantee the same price given in the quote. 5. TURNAROUND TIME
Our standard turnaround time is 7-9 working days for out of the box setups. 6. VARIATIONS IN QUANTITY
We deliver the quantity ordered. 7. CLAIMS
No claims shall be considered after services are installed and setup. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the rights of a consumer. 8. CANCELLATION CHARGES
Please note that a 15% charge of the total value of the original order will be made on all cancelled orders. Any costs incurred for work already carried out up to the date of written cancellation will also be charged for and deducted before any refunds are made. All refunds are made within 14 working days from the date of written cancellation. 9. ARTWORK
Print Management Information Systems Ltd shall reserve all rights (copyright) for graphic designs provided for the customer and shall keep all designs in its own database. 10. COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be made within 2 working days of receiving your goods. Any complaints made after this time period are void of any right to refund or reprint. After the setup is accepted by the customer no claims regarding the digital content will be considered. 11. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
